What a lie...15 miles an hour on Flat Terrain? You have got to be kidding me. You really think that they would spend millions of dollars developing this product and allow for it to flip over making a right hand turn on "flat terrai" at 15 mph? The tragedy is the mishandling of the unit by the consumer. The fact that there was more than the allowable 2 passengers in the vehicle. The lack of use of the provided safety belts. God Bless Ellie Sands, I wish she was still with us but their is a reason that they lost this case and Yamaha was not required to pay anything.

most deaths are due to the rider. not the atvs or utvs. and like me dont wear helmets or wear the seat belts and drink beer. NOT THE ATVS FAULT. but i do agree the rhinos are easy to rollover.

Nothing is 100% safe. Rhinos are incredibly safe though. Give the keys to an 12 year old and you are asking for trouble... This is nothing more than dead-beat lawyers trying to stir the pot for their own gain...

I think the reason there are more injuries in rural areas is because people get more brave when they know there is probably no one watching them. People do crazier things when they don’t have to risk the embarrassment of being in public where people might see them mess up.

You should be ashamed of yourself posting such a comment as this. How do you know all accidents are user error. The Rhino has so many design defects Im not even going to waste my time listing them.. Not to mention you don't need to drive eratic to make one flip my son died in a rhino accident and he was a very experienced driver. This vehicle rolls over on lot boys just driving them in a parking lot as well as grass dirt roads and sand. Find something better to do with your time besides write hateful things to greiving parents

I’m sure a lot of it just has to do with the fact that more people are riding them. The more people that fly in planes, the more injuries there will be. The more people who drive cars, the more injuries there will be. People also need to learn to drive these things safely.
